Then all you have to do is select the type of delivery and the delivery country and the exact delivery costs will be displayed. You can also cancel the order process at any time, because you have not placed an order yet.

Delivery times^*

In the case of prepayment, the period for delivery shall commence on the day following the issue of the payment order to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day following the conclusion of the agreement and shall end when the last day of the period expires. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day. We guarantee you: your data will not be disclosed to third parties.

Cash on delivery and payment information

If you order with us by cash on delivery, you must pay for the parcel with the goods on receipt. I'm sure you're familiar with it: your postal worker rings your bell and asks for a so-called ""cash on delivery"". So you pay conveniently on your doorstep! When paying by cash on delivery, an additional fee of EUR 2 is due, which the deliverer charges on site.

If you're not home, that's not a problem! You will then receive a notification card from your postal worker telling you at which post office you can pick up your parcel. You then pay for the parcel directly at the post office counter or at the collection point. If you become a BALTIC BABY customer, you can track your parcel’s progress. You will then always be informed about where your parcel is at the moment and you can adjust your settings to receive your parcel at your door!

Maybe you’re not always at home? We can also send your parcel to a Packstation on request! Just enter the address of the Packstation in your order as the delivery address. You can find out more about the Packstation and whether there is one near you at www.packstation.de.

Prepayment

If you order with us by prepayment, you transfer the invoice amount to our account after placing your order. Once the money has been credited to our account, we deliver the goods you ordered to you straight away!

Track your delivery!

We always ship our parcels by Deutsche Post/DHL and, in individual cases, with other trusted transport companies. If you want, you can receive the parcel's identification number by email, which you can use to track the delivery status of your parcel online at any time on the DHL website.

Delivery abroad? No problem!

We deliver our products almost anywhere in the world. If you have any questions or if your country is not included in the list of countries, just contact us.
